FUNDAHRSE is a business initiative that represents companies, individuals, academia, associations and organizations that are considered key stakeholders in society to promote sustainable development in Honduras.
Our mission is to promote organizational transformation through leadership and responsible business conduct. Over the years, we have developed several initiatives by being leaders in fostering the sustainability of organizations.
FUNDAHRSE is a member of the following organizations:
Priorities
We have developed programs focused on strengthening the following themes: ethics, corporate governance, anti-corruption, quality education, human rights, labor and social inclusion, equal opportunities, employability and entrepreneurship, circular economy, biodiversity, climate change and risk management.
The organization offers over 35 services, including courses, conferences, webinars, and workshops.
FUNDAHRSE recognizes the good practices of its members in the field of CSR by means of a distinctive seal that allows its members to be recognized as socially responsible companies (SRC), or Empresa socialmente responsable (ESR) in Spanish. Their evaluation is carried out using the regional tool "Indicarse", guided by the principles of the ISO 26000 regulation and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Additionally, FUNDAHRSE holds two major annual events: the Corporate Social Responsibility Week, and the Socially Responsible Company Recognition Gala (Sello FUNDAHRSE de Empresa Socialmente Responsable).
