Every year, we analyze the single, fullest source of sustainability information from each member company against a set of comprehensive indicators as part of our Reporting matters project in conjunction with Radley Yeldar. Reviews will take place from April to early August.
We use this data to send confidential, personalized scoring dashboards to all reporting contacts, Liaison Delegates and Council Members in September and launch an annual publication that highlights trends and good practice at the October Council Meeting.
There are a few free, simple ways to engage with us during this process.
- Submit the sustainability report you would like us to review to Austin Kennedy by Friday, 31 May (or let us know when your report will be published if it will not be ready at that time);
- Explore our detailed project overview to learn more about the framework we use to evaluate reports including definitions, recommendations and methodology notes; and
- Register for a free feedback session to get concrete feedback on your report and ask questions about our review, the framework or good practice within WBCSD membership by following this link.
If your company does not submit a report, we will make a judgement about which FY 18 report to review. This might include an integrated report, an annual report, a reference/registration document, or a standalone sustainability/CSR report.
We also offer hour-long feedback sessions from July to early October on a first come, first served basis. They are a forum for you to ask questions about your scores, the criteria or the process. They’re also an opportunity for you to gain concrete feedback on good practice within the WBCSD membership.
We look forward to hearing from you and to another successful Reporting matters publication.
