Protocols for employee protection by CEMEX

At CEMEX, the health and safety of our employees has been and will always be the number one priority in our company and we are one of the safest in the industry.

We have let our office employees select their preferred method of work in order for them to feel at their best while they are performing their daily work. As some geographies are opening, we have prepared the workplace by applying developed protocols. Return to operations in enclosed spaces will be gradual and with only a low density of personnel, using rotation and different work schedules to ensure this.

We have also developed health reporting tools as well as appropriate information on COVID-19 in order for our employees to get the attention they need when they need it.  We have also developed specific country programs with our human resources team in order to help our employees get necessary information, psychological support and productivity tools needed.
