Internal processes have been built for a much smaller organisation and the growth as resulted in new processes being developed from the ground up to manage and control such a rapid growth, at times without a focus on efficiency. My role as Senior Business Transformation Director and setting up the BT4I program is aimed at addressing this directly.

Studied CIMA and BA Business Studies with Honors in Financial Management. Completed various leadership / management programs over the years.
