Geneva, 30 September 2022 – Registrations for the next cohorts of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD)’s two educational programs, the Leadership Program 2023 and the LEAP Program 2023, are now open.
Curriculums were developed with leading academic institutions and our forward-thinking member companies, offering cutting-edge insights, peer-to-peer exchanges, and experiential learning to help participants understand and apply complex sustainability concepts to their business contexts.

LEAP Program 2023
Our LEAP Program focused on women and sustainability, in partnership with Yale University and ESADE Business School, is designed to open horizons and raise awareness among business to rethink our systems in which we operate. Female Executives from WBCSD member companies are eligible to participate in the LEAP Program. Nomination(s) can be sent to Gabriela Uriarte - please note that due to the success of the LEAP program this year, we have opened a second group for which nominations have been extended to Wednesday 15 March 2023.
LEAP is a one-year sustainability training program designed to help women reach senior positions in their companies while ensuring that sustainability is embedded in their leadership and included in their company strategy. Participants take part in a three-week training, coaching activities, and cross-mentorship with C-suite executives of participating companies. Participants who complete the Program will receive diplomas from the Yale School of Management and ESADE Business School.

WBCSD Leadership Program 2023
Our Leadership Program, in partnership with Yale University and IMD Business School, is a great asset for current and prospective leaders. We are now accepting nominations for the class of 2023. Nomination(s) can be sent to Suzanne Feinmann by Monday 16 January 2023.
With over 20 years of excellence in providing representatives from nearly 150 companies with cutting-edge research into the sustainability agenda, our Leadership Program helps participants understand how companies are using innovation to develop value creating solutions that address sustainability issues and opportunities. The highly interactive Program uses a mixture of education styles, ranging from traditional classroom-based work to experiential learning, to explore how companies are integrating new considerations into their business strategies and across day-to-day decision-making. Participants who complete the Program will receive academic certification from the Yale School of Management and IMD.
